Processing & Delivery Times

• Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays and depending on your location).
  

Shipping Fees

• Free shipping may be available for orders exceeding a specified amount (as stated in promotions).

Order Tracking

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently only ship within South Africa.
• House of Dose is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or unforeseen circumstances.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• If your package is lost or stolen, please contact our customer service team. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue but cannot guarantee replacements for lost items.
